DETROIT — Edward G. Chadwick, who has served in health care finance leadership roles for more than 30 years, has been selected as the new executive vice president & chief financial officer of Henry Ford Health System.
As CFO, he will have executive leadership and accountability for Henry Ford’s financial operations including financial planning and reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, insurance and revenue cycle.
Chadwick comes from Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, N.C., where he was as executive vice president and CFO. Previously he served as senior vice president and CFO at Trinity Health based in Livonia. Chadwick spent more thean 20 years at Trinity, and its predecessor, Mercy Health Services.
Chadwick is an adjunct faculty member of the Wake Forest University School of Business, and is a frequent speaker at national conferences and author of numerous articles.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago School Of Business and a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Michigan.
