Henry Ford College Appoints New Director of Labor, Human Resources

DEARBORN — Henry Ford College has appointment Bill Lodge as its new director of labor and human resources.

Lodge, of Beverly Hills, has nearly 40 years in human resources, most of them in management roles. Previously he worked at the Judson Center in Royal Oak, a non-profit human services agency for children with special needs, where he served as director of HR. His duties at Judson included workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, total compensation, performance management, and employee safety.

Prior to the Judson Center, Lodge was director of HR and Legal Affairs for more than 10 years at GreenPath Debt Solutions in Farmington Hills, a non-profit organization that provides credit counseling, debt management services, and financial education services. Additionally, Lodge was the director of human resources at the Oakwood Healthcare System in Dearborn.

Lodge earned his undergraduate degree in history from Ohio State University and his juris doctorate from the U-C College of Law. He has also completed MBA courses at the U-C graduate school of business.
