
Harvey Hohauser & Associates, an executive search firm based in Troy, announced Sam Frank has joined the organization as vice president of executive search.

Frank is the founder and CEO of Brilliance Credit based in Troy, and served as president (from 2007 to 2013) and vice president (from 2000 to 2007) at Leo Frank and Sons, Inc. based in Troy. He has EOS management experience for entrepreneurial approach and development with leadership.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and an MBA from Walsh College in Troy.
The firm has grown in retained executive search in every sector. HH&A’s growth in compensation and search has doubled over the last year and the nature of the placement has shifted to include advisory firms, financial services, construction, and automotive.
