Harley Ellis Devereaux Names New Leadership

DETROIT — Harley Ellis Devereaux, a national full-service architecture and engineering firm, has named Michael F. Cooper as corporate president and Daniel H. Lafferty as corporate operations leader. 

Cooper, right, and Lafferty will retain their Detroit office responsibilities as managing principal and project management leader, respectively. Cooper has been with Harley Ellis Devereaux for more than 20 years, and has served as project mechanical engineer and project manager; while Lafferty has been with the firm more than 35 years.   

Cooper, of West Bloomfield, earned his Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Lafferty, of Macomb Township, earned a Bachelor of Science in architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
