BLOOMFIELD HILLS — Great Expressions Dental Centers has named Pam Holder as director of revenue cycle.
Holder has served as the company’s manager of credentialing since March 2013.
In her new role, Holder will oversee centralized insurance eligibility, patient collections, and claim processing. She will help in developing protocols that will keep accuracy and consistency across departments at the Patient Service Center North and Patient Service Center South.
Holder received a bachelor’s in political science, with an emphasis in politics and history of the Middle East, from Oakland University.
