GM Declares 30 Cents Per Share Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

DETROIT — General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) Board of Directors today declared a second quarter 2014 dividend of 30 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable  June 26 to all common stockholders of record as of  June 10, 2014.
