Roncelli Inc., a Sterling Heights-based construction company, has appointed Gino Roncelli as vice president. He previously served as principal and general counsel with the company, building business opportunities in the area construction market.
Roncelli plans to lead the company into new markets and opportunities while maintaining the company’s values of safety, adaptability, community, family, and integrity. He has a business degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a law degree from Detroit’s Wayne State University. He also has experience in the investment banking community.
“I am looking forward to this new position,” Roncelli says. “This is an incredible company that my grandfather founded 54 years ago, and my father developed through his straightforward leadership, making it what it is today. The business began with a strong dedication to family values and customer service. I intend to continue that legacy.”
The promotion is part of a transition to the company’s next generation of management, a move that has been in the works for some time. David Roncelli, executive vice president, recently announced his retirement.
“I’m excited to see my son as the company’s new vice president,” says Gary Roncelli, chairman. “Gino’s ambition, enthusiasm for this business, and ingrained understanding of the importance of Roncelli’s mission and culture will serve him well in moving this company forward.”
Roncelli was established in 1966 and has operations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
