
Andrew Littman has been named vice president of research at Gibbs Planning Group (GBG) in Birmingham.
Littman joined GPG’s Birmingham offices in 2017 and he served as director of research. In this role, he oversaw real estate advisory services and hotel, office, residential, and retail market research for cities and new town centers across North America.
He has also directed research at GPG for the Arkansas College of Health, Birmingham, Central Michigan University, Farmington, Grosse Pointe, Hilton Head, Kalamazoo, Naples, Omaha, Savannah, Troy, Upper Arlington, Warren, Wayne State, and Westland.
Littman is a graduate of Skidmore College and the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. He also obtained a graduate certificate in real estate development from the University of Michigan. In addition, Littman is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Congress for New Urbanism, and the Urban Land Institute.
