Ghafari Announces Three Promotions at Dearborn Headquarters

Ghafari Associates, global architecture, engineering, and consulting firm headquartered in Dearborn announced the promotion of Scott Hahn to vice president, Ben Rowe to senior project manager, and Chris Costis to structural engineering manager.

Hahn joined the Ghafari team in 1995 as project architect and soon transitioned to project management. He has led a variety of projects ranging from corporate headquarters and higher education buildings to industrial research laboratories and military facilities. Hahn received a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas State University. He is a member of the American Institutes of Architects.

Rowe joined Ghafari in 2011 as a structural engineer and later moved into a project management role. As a project manager, he has led some of the firm’s most complex, fast-track automotive sector projects for such clients as General Motors Co. and the Mazda-Toyota joint venture. Rowe received master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College.

Costis has been a member of Ghafari’s structural team since 2011. With 25 years of engineering experience, he has developed a diverse project portfolio that includes manufacturing, aviation, commercial, educational, and institutional structures. Costis received a master’s in civil engineering from Wayne State University, as well as a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
