AUBURN HILLS — Gardner-White Furniture, a Michigan owned-and-operated furniture company, is expanding in Southeast Michigan with a new store in Brighton opening on Oct. 18. The 30,000 square-foot store is set to be located at 8393 Grand River Rd., and will provide more than 30 new jobs.
“We are very excited to expand our presence in Southeast Michigan to eleven stores with the addition of this new location,” says president of Gardner-White Furniture, Rachel Tronstein.
This new location will feature the latest in bedding, and new sleep technology from Serta, Simmons, and Tempurpedic. Additionally, the store will have Gardner-White’s full assortment of living rooms, dining tables, and bedroom, as well as, an outlet featuring special purchase buys, and one-of-a-kind products at deep discounts.
Gardner-White Brighton will host a family-friendly grand opening event on Oct. 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The event will include a special appearance by Disney star Peyton List, a performance by the Brighton High School Marching Band and Pep Squad, free food/refreshments, activities for children, giveaways and more.
