BLOOMFIELD — Comcast Business has named Fresh Co Home Inc. a Bloomfield-based building company that offers home improvement services, as one of its six grand prize winners for its Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs program.
“We have again seen compelling stories and business plans from top entrepreneurs and startups around the country,” says Denice Hasty, senior vice president of marketing and product management at Comcast Business. “We believe that the smart, strategic use of technology can elevate small businesses to a whole new level and position them for success both today and in the future.”
Now in its second year, the program recognizes aspiring firms who are putting technology into action to grow their business and enhance profitability. Each winner receives a $20,000 cash award, and an all-expenses-paid trip to Comcast headquarters in Philadelphia where they receive one-on-one consulting with national business innovation experts.
Other winners include: Act II Consignment, (Littleton, Colo.); Camp Curiosity, (Doylestown, Pa.); The Training Room Physical Therapy, (Garnet Valley, Pa.); Noggin Builders, (Northbrook, Ill.); and Big Minds, (Pinole, Calif.)
