FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., March 9, 2009 – Experienced certified public accounting and business consultancy firms, Frank & Freedman, P.C. and Hirsch, Subelsky & Associates, P.C. have merged to form Frank, Hirsch, Subelsky & Freedman, P.C. (FHSF). The announcement was made by the firm’s four partners Dennis Frank, Daniel Hirsch, Steven Subelsky and Stanley Freedman.
The two firms decided to merge to raise their level of service provided and to meet the changing accounting, tax and consulting needs of their respective clients. The firm also advises their clients on a variety of other key services such as fiduciary accounting, business software evaluations, employee benefit plan audits and other consultancy-type service offerings based on their needs.
“We have always had a great deal of respect for Dan Hirsch and Steve Subelsky,” said Dennis Frank, FHSF partner. “Combining our experience, talent and resources is a tremendous benefit for our clients, staff and the communities we serve.”
Recently the two firms have joined together in a new and larger office space, located at 30600 Northwestern Highway, Suite 305 in Farmington Hills.
“The more we learned about each other’s services, during our merger discussions, the more we determined we had in common,” said FHSF Partner, Daniel Hirsch. “Both firms have an impeccable reputation in this community for their high standards, professionalism and client commitment, which are all second to none.”
