Franco, a Detroit-based communications agency, has announced the promotion of Nikki Little to vice president of strategy.

Little has 13 years of experience in the integrated communications industry. She had her first job with Franco as an assistant account executive, when she provided a variety of public relations services for clients. She was a director of communications at White Glove, where she handled internal and external communication efforts on behalf of the company. She also spent more than seven years at Identity, starting as a social media specialist and eventually becoming the director of social media.

She rejoined Franco and served as director of strategy before her promotion.

Little’s new role as vice president of strategy includes overseeing strategic initiatives for both clients and the agency with a specific focus on integrating and aligning communications services. Little also leads Franco’s digital marketing team and manages several Franco accounts and team members.

Outside of Franco, Little publishes The MichComms Report, a biweekly e-newsletter that targets communication professionals in Michigan. She is also a member of the Impact100 Oakland County executive communications committee.

Franco integrates public relations, marketing, social media, design, and measurement to deliver communication programs designed to help organizational performance. It was founded in 1964 and has clients across the globe.
