Franco President Named To Michigan Chamber Board

LANSING — Executive Vice President and COO of Franco Public Relations Group in Detroit Tina Kozak has been elected to a two-year term with the Board of Directors of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce.

Kozak of Grosse Pointe Park will be directly involved in establishing Michigan Chamber policy and priorities on major economic issues that affect job creation and business growth in Michigan.

Kozak joined Franco Public Relations in 2007 where she currently leads client service, talent retention, and business development. She counsels a range of clients in the auto/tech, health care and professional service industries in areas including corporate positioning, community relations, and reputation management. She also consults on brand development, crisis communications, and strategic planning. Kozak is a shareholder in the agency, and serves on Franco’s executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Franco, Kozak was corporate communications manager for auto supplier Metaldyne Corp. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in public relations and Spanish from Wayne State University.
