BINGHAM FARMS — Fourmidable, a Bingham Farms-based national real estate management company, has formed a commercial and residential real estate brokerage division.
Fourmidable President Scott Allen says the new brokerage division provides a new level of service to property owners, where in addition to property management services, Fourmidable now can serve as the intermediary between buyers and sellers ofreal estate.
Recently, the brokerage division was the listing broker for the Eagles Landing of Troy, part of a $60 million portfolio of apartment communities and office developments. This represents the division’s largest sale to date. The division also closed the sale of Eagles Office Park and Rochester Commons in Rochester Hills and has several purchase agreements pending.
“Fourmidable has served as the property manager for these projects since 2009 and we have been very successful at improving occupancy rates and putting in place strong, stable managementteams,” Allen said.
Fourmidable manages apartment communities in seven states, with a portfolio including luxury rentals, condominiums, affordable housing, senior assisted living, public housing, retail and office developments.
