Foster Swift Labor and Employment attorney Frank Mamat has recently been re-elected as chairman of the Education Foundation for the American Society of Employers (ASE). Mamat has held the position since 2006. Additionally, he has been accepted as a member of the Private Directors Association.
Mamat’s practice focuses on complex labor issues, with an emphasis on union matters, contract negotiations, unfair labor practice litigation, and others. An alumnus of Syracuse University College of Law, Mamat is also a certified mediator and arbitrator and adjunct professor of law at Wayne State University. He is annually chosen by the Labor Relations Institute as one of the top 100 Labor Lawyers in the US.
