REMAX of Southeastern Michigan announced that a high-producing real estate office formerly affiliated with eXp Realty has officially converted to the REMAX brand, now operating as REMAX Masterpiece Realty at 132 Cass Ave. in Mount Clemens.

Led by team leader Marc Blair and broker Renay Brown, REMAX Masterpiece Realty brings 18 agents to the REMAX network. The brokerage officially opened its Mount Clemens office last month and will operate as part of the REMAX of Southeastern Michigan network, serving clients across the metro Detroit region.

“This conversion speaks to what we continue to see across the region. Top producers want local ownership, accountability and in-market support, without sacrificing brand power,” says Jeanette Schneider, president of REMAX of Southeastern Michigan. “We’re proud to welcome Marc and Renay and their team to the REMAX network.”

Blair, who has been featured in Real Producers magazine, and Brown, a Michigan-licensed broker with experience spanning both Michigan and Florida, said the decision to move to REMAX was driven by a desire to align with a brand that supports long-term growth and collaboration.

“Our focus has always been on building sustainable careers for our agents and delivering consistent results for our clients,” says Blair. “Joining REMAX allows us to do that with strong local support and a brand that consumers trust.”

REMAX Masterpiece Realty offers a full range of real estate services, including residential sales, luxury properties, investment real estate, relocation services and commercial transactions. In addition to its Michigan presence, the leadership team is affiliated with sister offices in Florida, providing clients with expanded referral and investment opportunities.

The brokerage plans to be actively engaged in the communities it serves, partnering with local organizations and participating in neighborhood events throughout Southeast Michigan. A grand opening celebration is planned for later this year.
