SOUTHFIELD — Southfield-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today the release of their brand new FarbmanGroup application for iPhones and iPads. Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group, made the announcement.

The app is free to download and features more than 60 different properties managed by Farbman Group throughout metro Detroit and Chicago. Users can sort through each property, select ones of interest and review important information about the property — including building size, average floor size and year built. The app can also generate directions to the property from your current location and provides an instant email contact feature for those interested in investment opportunities.

“People are changing how they access key information, making it critical for our business to follow suit and change how we present information,” said Farbman. “As more and more individuals continue to rely on their smartphones and tablets as a source of tenant information, Farbman Group is constantly looking for ways to connect with current and potential partners.”

The Farbman Group app was built by iTenant, a leading app designer with more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and technology.

“At iTenant, we utilize our knowledge and experience to create focused mobile apps that allow innovative real estate companies to connect with tenants, emphasize property selling points and gain a competitive advantage,” said Drew Marticke, co-founder of iTenant. “Through their utilization of mobile technology, the Farbman Group once again proves that they are cutting edge thinkers who are committed to meeting the needs of their partners.”

In addition to this app, several of the buildings managed by Farbman Group have their own individual apps available for free download. These apps provide supplementary information about the building, including photos, floor plans, amenities, nearby hotels, restaurants and parking.
