SOUTHFIELD — Southfield-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today that Southfield-based Versa Development is building a 9,000 -square-foot development in the parking lot of the company’s Bingham Farms-based Bingham Office Center, at Telegraph Road and 13 Mile Road. Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group made the announcement.
The development will consist of three fast-casual restaurants — DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, Qdoba Mexican Grill and one to be announced — offering Bingham Office Center building tenants, their employees and visitors, and the general local public, food options for lunch and dinner.

The footprint of the developmentwill be well located on Telegraph Road in front of the Bingham Office Center. Farbman Group will add signage in the front and back of the building to ensure clarity for visitors frequenting the eateries.
Groundbreaking is planned this month with the complex opening in the winter.
