SOUTHFIELD — Farbman Group, a Southfield-based full-service real estate company, is planning building upgrades at the company’s Essex Centre office building located at 28400 Northwestern Highway in Southfield.
Understanding the ever-changing preferences of today’s workforce, Farbman Group is focused on continually investing in its buildings in southeast Michigan to ensure they become innovative spaces built for collaboration. At Essex Centre, the company is refreshing tenant suites and the building’s shared workspaces. This summer, the building’s lobby, lighting and elevators will all be upgraded, creating a more inviting and contemporary feel.
In addition to notable investments in tenant upgrades, open work areas and a renovated kitchen space will be introduced, offering a more conducive environment for employees to work, meet and gather to eat.
“We are proud to be Michigan-based for more than 35 years and offer our employees a work environment focused on creating efficiencies and making their work day better,” said Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “We are also consistently seeking innovative ways to improve our tenant suites — we understand that building upgrades make a significant impact on their experience — which is our core focus.”
