Farbman Group Promotes Margolis, Eisho to Executive Roles

Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Farmington Hills, recently announced 13 promotions across its family of organizations, including Jonathon Margolis and Sandy Eisho, who were promoted from senior vice president to executive roles.

Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Farmington Hills, recently announced 13 promotions across its family of organizations, including Jonathon Margolis and Sandy Eisho, who were promoted from senior vice president to executive roles.

Margolis now is executive vice president of asset management and Eisho now serves as executive vice president and chief of staff.

Additional promotions across the broader Farbman Group team include:

  • Jordan Valasek elevated from vice president to senior vice president, while continuing to serve as a director of property management.
  • Harrison Yaldoo, formerly a sales associate, has been promoted to vice president.
  • Alex Harris and Jaclyn Gassman have been promoted to general manager.
  • Laura LaChapelle, a former property manager, has been promoted to senior property manager.

The NAI Farbman team also announced three promotions, including Alis Babi and Mario Giglio. Babi and Giglio, formerly serving as assistant vice president, have each been promoted to vice president of investment sales. Additionally, Brandon Ben-Ezra, formerly a sales associate, has been promoted to vice president of retail brokerage. All three employees have been with Farbman Group and its family of companies for over seven years.

Promotions at Huntington Construction include John Doria, who has been promoted to vice president, and Joe Butler, who has been elevated to senior project manager. At Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s resident heating and cooling organization, Zach Thomas has progressed from an apprentice to an HVAC technician (Level 1).
