Farbman Group / NAI Farbman, a real estate firm based in Southfield, has promoted Jason Hempel from investment sales associate to vice president.
In this new role, the Livonia resident will create and maintain financial models, generate commercial real estate opinions of value, provide market research and property profiles in target markets, assist in executing transitions for disposition, and produce reports and presentations for company executives. Previously, Hempel served as a city planner for the city of Port St. Lucie, Fla.
Hempel holds a Bachelor of Science in urban and regional planning from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Science in real estate from the University of Florida.
