Farbman Group / NAI Farbman, a real estate firm based in Southfield, has promoted Kristin Smolinski from general manager to vice president.
In her new role, the Rochester Hills resident will transition from property management to financial services and take over responsibility for all leasereviews and documents. She also will serve as administrator for the firm’s real estate software.
Smolinski has been with Farbman Group since 2006, first as property manager and then as general manager. Among her responsibilities were overseeing the management of five office buildings/complexes totaling more than 1.7 million square feet and creating annual property budgets for income, expense and capital expenditures.
Smolinski is a graduate of Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant.
