SOUTHFIELD — Farbman Group / NAI Farbman have promoted Jonathon Margolis from real estate financial analyst to asset manager.
As asset manager, Margolis will assist in the financial oversight of the joint venture portfolio of the full-service real estate firm based in Southfield.
Margolis has been with Farbman Group since 2008. He completed two internships as a financial services analyst, providing analytical work for the company’s joint venture portfolio and third-party managed distressed real estate. In 2010, he joined the firm full-time as a real estate financial analyst, working closely with the company’s president.
The West Bloomfield Township resident holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
