Farbman Group in Southfield Welcomes Five New Team Members

Farbman Group, a Midwest commercial real estate company based in Southfield, announced five new members are joining the company’s portfolio of properties and companies: Matteo Passalacqua, Barbara Sturges, Girish Patel, Jamel Hale, and Paige Adamini.

“We are happy to welcome these five new employees into the firm at a time of great growth and expansion for the firm,” says Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “From construction and maintenance to property management, each new hire will bring their unique experiences and ideas to their respective roles and departments. I can’t wait to see what they accomplish with us.”

Passalacqua joins as a senior property manager in Michigan, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a master’s degree in urban studies and planning from Wayne State University in Detroit.

Sturges has joined Farbman Group as property manager for Plato’s villas at San Marcos Apartments in Tallahassee, Fla. She is entering the real estate business with an extensive background in customer service, primarily in the health care industry.

Patel has been appointed to property manager in Chicago. He has served as a leasing consultant, assistant property manager, and property manager for six years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from N. Maharashtra in India.

Hale joins the Farbman team as a maintenance technician providing maintenance support for the company buildings located in the Ann Arbor area. He has over 11 years of experience in residential maintenance before switching over to the commercial side in his new role.

Adamini has been hired to Farbman Group’s construction company, Huntington Construction. She brings five years of experience to her new role, having previously served as a project manager and estimator before joining the firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy.
