Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm in Farmington Hills, announced the addition of four new team members to its family of organizations.
Youssef Nafe joins Huntington Construction as a project manager. Jozsef Janaki and Len Cole join Apex Mechanical Solutions as HVAC technicians. Ayesha Cruz joins Farbman Group as a property manager.

Nafe joins Huntington Construction, Farbman Group’s construction arm, as a project manager in Chicago. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in construction management. Prior to joining Huntington Construction, he served as a construction manager at Nafe Group Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Janaki and Cole join Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s resident heating and cooling organization, as HVAC technicians in Michigan. Janaki brings more than a decade of experience in commercial building and machine maintenance and holds certifications in HVAC and sheet metal from Wayne County Community College. Cole brings HVAC experience, and holds several HVAC, electrical, and maintenance certifications from Oakland Community College.
Cruz joins Farbman Group as a property manager in Michigan. She brings more than 15 years of experience in facilities management to her new role. Prior to joining Farbman Group, she was a facility analyst at XPO, serving more than 300 locations within the company’s network.
