
Farbman Group in Farmington Hills, a full-service commercial real estate firm, has added three new team members to its family of organizations.
Shaundale Davis-Richmond and Emily Marlowe join Farbman as property managers, and Zach Thomas joins Apex Mechanical Solutions as an HVAC apprentice.

Davis-Richmond most recently serving as an executive director for a senior living facility and brings more than 24 years of experience in residential and senior living management to her new role.
Marlowe spent the past year serving as an intern at the firm. She is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a degree in hospitality business with a concentration in real estate investments.
While serving as an HVAC apprentice, Thomas will be furthering his education and expertise in the HVAC industry at Oakland Community College.
