Farbman Group in Farmington Hills, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, has added three new team members to its enterprise. Christopher Debs joins as senior property manager, Ken Williams joins as an HVAC manager, and Sarah Caley joins as a staff accountant.

Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “While these three professionals have backgrounds in different fields, we are confident their skills will propel Farbman and its family of organizations to new heights.”
Debs brings more than 13 years of operational experience to the firm, primarily in the hotel industry. Most recently, he served as task force manager for Superior Hospitality Management and also spent nearly two years serving as general manager for Drury Hotels. He is a graduate of Walsh College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Williams joins Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s resident heating and cooling organization, as an HVAC manager. Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in HVAC service and technical support. He received an associate’s degree in HVAC-R from Mott Community College and holds a mechanical contractor license.
Previously, Caley worked as an accounting intern at a commercial interiors company. She holds an associate’s degree in Arts from the University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
