Dickinson Wright, a business law firm, announced Erin M. Pawlowski as a member of the firm’s Detroit office.
Pawlowski is a corporate attorney with expertise spanning an array of complex transactions. She works with brands in industries including the apparel, consumer products, software, and banking industries, among others.
Pawlowski previously served as a litigator for a private law firm and as in-house counsel at Carhartt, where she worked on a broad range of legal matters involving corporate transactions and compliance, intellectual property, and litigation.
Pawlowski received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and juris doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School.
