Electric Last Mile Solutions in Troy Appoints New CFO and CRO

Electric Last Mile Solutions Inc., a pure-play commercial electric vehicle company based in Troy, announced that Rob Song has been named deputy chief financial officer and treasurer, and Ron Feldeisen has been named chief revenue officer.

“We continue to hire top talent to support our growth plans as we ramp up our production of the ELMS Urban Delivery, the first Class 1 commercial electric vehicle in the United States. Rob and Ron bring diverse and extensive finance and sales knowledge to our team,” says James Taylor, ELMS co-founder and CEO.

“Their leadership roles are crucial to execute our go-to-market strategy as we transition from a pre-revenue to revenue generating company and begin delivering vehicles with unique solutions to our customers.”

Song brings nearly 20 years of finance experience to ELMS, spanning public company finances, investments, debt and equity capital markets, and investor relations. Before joining the company, he served as the chief investment officer of CorePoint Lodging Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and a master’s in finance from Macquarie University in Australia.

Feldeisen has 30 years of automotive, business-to-business, and large enterprise sales experience. He served in various executive sakes and marketing roles before joining ELMS. He served as global vice president of sales and marketing at both JR Automation and Joyson Safety Systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Grove City College and an MBA from Duke University.
