Dykema, a national law firm with locations in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Grand Rapids, announced that Peter Kellett has been re-elected chairman and CEO of the firm for a second three-year term commencing on Jan. 1, 2015. Kellett has served as chairman and CEO since Jan. 1, 2012.
Kellett previously served as Dykema’s as litigation practice group leader from 2003 to 2007 and a litigation department director from 2008 to 2011. Prior to becoming chair of the firm, he served as trial counsel for some of the nation’s largest corporations.
Kellett earned a Bacehlor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. He is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a sustaining life fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a life member of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and has been regularly recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer.
