DETROIT— J. Michael Bernard, a Detroit-based member in Dykema’s corporate finance practice group and member of the firm’s executive board, was elected to serve a four-year term on the World Services Group board of directors.

Bernard has been active on WSG’s North American Regional Council since 2011, serving as chair from 2012-2013. He received his bachelor of business administration from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati.
