Dominion Real Estate Advisors in Bingham Farms has promoted Sean Jamian to vice president of brokerage and advisory services.
Jamian joined Dominion in 2017 and serves in a leadership capacity within Dominion’s brokerage department, where he has been recognized as a top producer, closing on numerous sale and lease transactions, most notably on a $23.3 million sale/leaseback that closed in December 2020. Jamian will continue his transactional work in corporate client and landlord representation, and in developing new business relationships for the company.
Jamian is a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and will begin his course work toward his certified commercial investment members designation this year. In 2020, the CCIM presented him with a transaction of the year award.
