MADISON HEIGHTS — DME Company, a global provider of mold technologies, has named a new director of sales, and two new territory managers.
Todd Castile, far left, with 35 years within the metal forming and plastics industries, is the new director of sales for the Americas. Jim Mogan, center, a nearly 30-year veteran in the plastics industry, is the territory manager for California and Nevada, and Eric Jakobowicz, a 25-year plastics professional, is the territory manager for the New England region.
Previously, Castile spent nearly 30 years with Anchor Lamina in progressive sales and marketing roles, including the position of vice president, sales and marketing. Castile now oversees an expanding DME direct sales force of more than 25 sales professionals, including a Mexican sales team that sells directly to plastics companies located throughout the country’s major industrial areas.
Mogan has a tremendous track record of success in technical sales and account management in the western U.S. for a diverse array of plastics industry companies. Most recently he was western region business development manager for Phillips-Medisize. Prior to that role, Mogan served as regional sales manager for LyondellBasell for nearly 20 years before becoming western regional sales manager for Synventive Molding Solutions.
Jakobowicz brings a background of plastics industry accomplishments in the New England area to DME. Before directing sales and business development efforts for Modern Mold & Tool Inc., he was vice president of sales for Mayfield Plastics, a role he was appointed to after having served as vice president of business development for AGI Polymatrix, Inc.
