DETROIT — Attorney James B. Cunningham has joined Dickinson Wright’s Troy office as a member.
Cunningham focuses his practice in three principal areas: the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, the representation of loan servicers and lenders in workout negotiations related to commercial mortgage loans in default, and the representation of businesses with respect to complex corporate transactions and securities laws, according to company officials.
Cunningham is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Macomb County Bar Association. He received his bachelor’s in business administration from Western Michigan University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan.
