Dickinson Wright Adds Angelique Neal to Ann Arbor Office

Dickinson Wright, a law firm based in Detroit, has announced Angelique Neal has joined the firm’s Ann Arbor office as of counsel.

Neal brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of federal tax law, federal and state tax controversy, and reporting compliance issues with offshore financial accounts and other assets.

She represents individuals and business clients, from small businesses to multimillion-dollar corporations, including clients with overseas interests. Prior to entering private practice, Neal served as a senior trial attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel to the IRS and as a special assistant United States attorney for the Department of Justice.

Neal is a member of the American Bar Association’s taxation section, the Michigan Women’s Tax Association, the National Association of Tax Professionals, the State Bar of Michigan’s taxation section, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.

She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
