Detroit’s Comerica Bank Adds Three Advisors

Detroit’s Comerica Bank Wealth Management Group has added Ira Goldberg, Joshua A.R. Rennert, and Jack Broderick as senior advisors. All three hold the titles senior vice president and senior wealth advisor.

Goldberg has more than 25 years of experience in helping high net worth individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals. He works with money managers, attorneys, and certified public accountants to help his clients. He gained experience while working as a managing member at Longview Investments, where he guided managers in investment portfolios.

Previously, Goldberg served as executive director of J.P. Morgan’s private bank division and as senior wealth adviser at Schechter Wealth in Birmingham. At Merrill Lynch and Co., he held several different positions within the firm’s institutional capital markets sales trading division for 14 years. After his time at Merrill Lynch and Co., Goldberg co-founded Dix Hills Partners, an advising company that helped clients and family owned companies in business plans and strategies.

Rennert has almost 15 years of wealth management and financial services experience. Before joining Comerica, he was a senior wealth client advisor and senior regional wealth planner at Huntington Private Bank. At Huntington, his responsibilities included coaching and developing more than 30 bankers, helping the state of Michigan in wealth planning, and serving as an advisory council member.

Outside of work, he teaches financial education to children in underserved communities and has sat on several nonprofit boards. Rennert double majored in business administration and business management at Northwood University.

Broderick has 16 years of experience in personal financial services. At Comerica, he will focus on integrating personalized investment management advice.

He has experience advising high net worth and ultra high net worth clients to meet their personal banking, investment, and planning needs. Previously, Broderick was a relationship manager with Key Private Bank. He graduated with a degree in integrated supply chain matrix management from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University.
