Detroit’s Clark Hill Announces Senior Attorneys, Senior Counsel

Detroit-based Clark Hill has announced the promotion of senior attorneys and senior counsel in its Birmingham, Detroit, Lansing, and Grand Rapids offices.

Scott Garbo is a member of the construction practice.  He represents developers, lenders, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, owners, and insures on construction projects.

Rebecca Mancini is a member of the immigration practice, where she advises clients in corporate immigration matters in automotive, engineering, technology, health care, energy, academic, and financial service on employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories.

Brian Shekell is a member of the labor and employment practice, where he helps clients in labor laws, employment litigation, and complex class action lawsuits involving wage and hour claims, as well as retiree health care disputes.

Loukas Kalliantasis is a member of the corporate practice. His tasks include advising and counseling clients on business matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and general corporate representation.

Jordan Bullinger and Vickie Coe are members of the education and municipal practices, representing school districts in the area of education law. Their focuses lie on special education and educational disability matters.

New senior attorneys include Nicholas Papasifakis in the tax and estate planning practice and Ellisse Thompson in litigation, both in Birmingham; Steven Pacynski in corporate and Stephen Campbell in environment, energy, and natural resources practice, both in Detroit; and Bryan Brandenburg in environment, energy, and natural resources practice in Lansing.

The firm also announced other promotions at its offices across the U.S.
