ACHR News named Dayna Hottle, co-owner of C&C Heating & Air Conditioning in Roseville, as one of their “Top Women in HVACR” for 2023.
Hottle is a third-generation business owner and worked in the HVAC trade for 20 years. She started in the family business because she needed a summer job. She worked as a call taker in the office just as the company had just joined a best practice group and was in the process of making changes in the way it booked calls and dispatched technicians.
After graduating from Albion College, Hottle returned to the business full time. She is putting together an apprentice program to bring people with no previous trades experience into the industry, as well as creating a leadership training program to grow out leadership team within the company. Hottle is also mentoring other women professionals within the HVACR industry.
