David C. Eberhard, a partner working out of the Macomb County office of legal firm Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been named one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s 2023 Go To Lawyers in commercial real estate.
Nominated by their peers, attorneys named Go To Lawyers are recognized for their expertise in their field as well as their knowledge of case law, statutes, and regulations clients will encounter.
With practices centered on real estate and construction law, Eberhard provides counsel on the acquisition and sale of real estate; development of various types of development projects, including public private partnerships, or P3; negotiating and drafting of American Institute of Architects and other industry standard construction contracts; leasing of office, commercial, industrial and warehousing facilities; and assisting with rezoning and governmental compliance matters, as well as commercial financing of real estate projects.
Eberhard is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Macomb County Bar, and the Macomb County Probate Bar. He is on the board for both the Lutheran Church Extension Fund and the Lutheran Heritage Foundation.
