DETROIT — Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce that David W. Billings has joined its Corporate Department and will be located in the firm’s Detroit office.
Billings’ practice focuses on international corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions. He primarily represents financial institutions, funds and corporations. Billings is admitted to practice in New York and his admission in Michigan is pending.
He earned a J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law and a B.S.E., cum laude, in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
He joins Honigman from Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s London office.
