GRAND RAPIDS — Data Strategy LLC, a technology solutions provider, has signed a letter of intent to merge with Network Storage Inc., another technology solutions provider headquartered in Indianapolis.
The transaction, expected to close at the end of September, will result in a combined workforce of nearly 100 full-time employees across six locations, including Grand Rapids, Detroit, Louisville, Cincinnati, and two in Indianapolis.

Officials from both companies noted that the merger will strengthen their affiliation with vendor partners, such as EMC², Cisco, VMware, and HP. The transaction will give both companies improved logistical capabilities and a more robust portfolio of products, services and solutions.
