
Attorney Danielle N. Romano has joined the litigation practice group at the Foster Swift law firm in Lansing.
Romamo will work out of the firm’s Southfield office and will focus her practice on a wide variety of civil litigation areas, including:
· Insurance defense litigation.
· General liability matters.
· First-party no-fault.
· Third-party auto negligence.
· Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) servicing insurer defense.
She also is an advocate for her clients in court hearings as well as alternative dispute resolution and defends her clients in insurance and contractual disputes.
Danielle earned her B.A. in political theory and constitutional democracy from Michigan State University in East Landing in 2018 and graduated with her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School cum laude in 2022. While in law school, Romano was a member of the mock trial team and the Women’s Law Caucus.
