
Honigman LLP announced that Danielle Bass has rejoined its corporate department as a partner in the firm’s Detroit office.
Bass will focus her practice on transactional matters involving information technology, intellectual property, data, media, and entertainment, with an emphasis on commercial transactions.
“We are very excited to welcome back Danielle to our firm,” says Don Kunz, chair of the Honigman corporate department. “She brings extensive experience counseling sophisticated and start-up clients on the development and commercialization of information technology and intellectual property across a number of industries.”
Bass earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
