Dan Morse has joined the Royal Oak office of Colliers, a global leader in real estate services and investment management company, as senior vice president.
Morse has more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a background in client relationship management both locally and globally.

Prior to joining Colliers, Morse worked at CBRE for more than 14 years, where he specialized in representing companies with diverse real estate portfolios across multiple markets and globally.
He has assisted office and industrial occupiers with leasing, acquiring, and divesting properties throughout metro Detroit. Morse also collaborated with developers, investors, and institutions in the leasing and sale of both office and industrial properties in various other markets as well.
His expertise in portfolio solutions extends to acquiring and divesting facilities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil along with many other global markets.
