WYANDOTTE — Daly Merritt Insurance has opened a new office in Ann Arbor to allow the agency to better address the needs of its clients in the Washtenaw County market, officials said.
“Opening this new office in Ann Arbor is consistent with our agency’s long term strategic plan,” says Daly Merritt Insurance President and CEO Martin F. Daly. “Our increased client base in the Ann Arbor area and the growing number of employees that live in the Ann Arbor area required this vision to become a reality.”
The office is at 2950 S. State St. on the third floor of the Ann Arbor Commerce Bank Building, on the corner of South State Street and Eisenhower Parkway (near the Briarwood Mall).
In additon, Daly was recently honored for his ongoing dedication to the insurance profession by the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. The Society presented Daly with a formally-inscribed certificate for his continued participation in the CIC Program.
Earning his CIC designation and maintaining all update requirements for twenty years places Daly in the top 1 percent of all insurance professionals in the country. “The high standard maintained by Daly not only benefits Daly Merritt Insurance, but the insurance profession as a whole,” said William T. Hold, president of the Society of CIC.
