Cutting Edge Cuisine, a statewide catering and event company in Bloomfield, has named Emily Marrah as its director of catering.
Marrah will be responsible for business development and public relations, as well as booking events. A Michigan native, Marrah returns home after 10 years in Palm Beach, Fla., where she led catering departments at high-end hotels and restaurants.
Marrah’s experience includes serving as director of catering at Cafe Boulud, celebrity Chef Daniel Boulud’s upscale Palm Beach restaurant, as well as private events manager at The Breakers, Palm Beach.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in hospitality business from Michigan State University,
