Cutting Edge Cuisine Names New Catering Director

BLOOMFIELD HILLS — Cutting Edge Cuisine has named Jennifer Ealovega as director of catering.

Ealovega of Canton will coordinate and execute social and corporate events as well as establish new client relationships and acquire new venues and properties.

Previously, she served as the director of catering and membership director at The Village Club in Bloomfield Hills and also has worked as the director of catering at Plum Hollow Country Club in Southfield; corporate sales manager at the Hotel Baronette in Novi; and senior event planner at Katherine’s Catering & Special Events in Ann Arbor.

Ealovega received an associate degree in applied science, culinary arts from Schoolcraft College.
