Crestmark, an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Troy, today announced the promotion of James G. Farrell to senior vice president and the selection of Vince Hamilton as vice president.
Farrell was promoted to senior vice president , eastern division sales manager from first vice president, eastern division sales manager. Farrell works out of the Indianapolis and Troy offices. He continues to report to Ray Morandell, executive vice president, national sales manager.
Farrell joined Crestmark in Aug. 2013 having served at asset-based lending institutions including LaSalle Bank, Bank of America Business Capital, and Huntington Bank. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, where he was a board member for the Detroit Chapter, as well as a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. Farrell received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Vince Hamilton was hired as vice president, account executive for the eastern division. He reports to Jeff Silverstein, senior vice president, east division portfolio manager. Hamilton works out of the Troy office.
Hamilton has 20 years of commercial finance experience as well as credit administration and small business lending. He previously worked at Comerica Bank in credit and lending as vice president and senior alternate credit administration officer. Hamilton attended Oakland University where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance.
