SOUTHFIELD — Collins Einhorn Farrell PC has added attorney Nicole E. Wilinski to the firm’s insurance coverage practice group.
Wilinski will focus her practice in the area of insurance coverage litigation and has extensive experience in representing insurance providers in coverage cases throughout Michigan and the Midwest. In addition, she has represented insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation in the areas of environmental and construction law.
Wilinski has received a number of professional accolades including being listed a “Top Lawyer – Insurance Litigation” by DBusiness magazine. Wilinski is a member and past vice chair of the American Bar Association’s TIPS Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. She is a council member of the Insurance and Indemnity Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She is a member and past president of the Women’s Bar Association Oakland Region, a member and past director at large with the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and a member of the Defense Research Institute.
Wilinski received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and obtained her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School.
Wilinski resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan and is an active volunteer with the Baldwin Elementary Parent Teachers Association.
